A growing line of plant-based gyozas and the signature of MAFFOOD. They came first: as takeaway and at events, before becoming a fixed part of the MAFFOOD CLUB menu.
An unpretentious dish, packed with flavour , the kind people crave and come back for. Strong enough to stand on its own, simple and direct, but just as easily pushed into something more refined, becoming part of a larger plate or menu.

At Hiro, a Japanese izakaya in Antwerp, they’ve become part of the barfood menu: combined with a signature sauce and shaped into a dish that fits the rhythm of the restaurant.
